Who you are contracting with

360 Adapt LLC, operating as WordPilot AI ("WordPilot AI", "we", "us"), operates the websites at wordpilotai.com, including the word-game solvers and the WordPilot Crossword section. Your contract for the service and for any membership is with 360 Adapt LLC. By creating an account, subscribing, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using WordPilot AI on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

WordPilot AI is provided for practice, study and casual play. You must not use it to breach the rules of an organised competition or another service's terms. You also must not:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose, or for fraud, spam or abuse;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service — including malware, probing, scraping, bulk automated requests, or circumventing plan limits or technical controls;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service or its word data.

Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use WordPilot AI within the plan you have selected, for as long as your plan is active.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the service and everything in it — the software, scoring and entropy engines, coaching content, lesson material, documentation and branding. Scrabble, Words With Friends and Wordle are trademarks of their respective owners. WordPilot AI is an independent tool and is not endorsed by or affiliated with them.

Accuracy of results

Word validity depends on the lexicon in use. Our dictionary may omit valid words or include words your game does not accept. Strategic rankings, coach explanations and entropy analysis are guidance, not guarantees of a winning move.

Service availability

We work to keep WordPilot AI available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change, and we may add, modify or retire parts of the service.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Pro and Competitive plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. One membership covers both WordPilot AI and WordPilot Crossword. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends you can export your saved words and history for 30 days, after which we may delete your account data.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Your indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, content you submit, or your breach of these terms.

General

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the home jurisdiction of 360 Adapt LLC in the United States, and disputes will be heard by the courts of that jurisdiction. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app.
